Employee Text Message (SMS) Consent
Star City Safety Inc employees complete this form to receive work dispatch text messages. Signed forms are kept in the employee's personnel file. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of employment.
Employees can also give the same consent online on our text consent form: the same wording, a checkbox, their typed name and a drawn signature, with the signed copy kept with their records. Once consent is on file, the employee gets one text confirming they are signed up, with STOP and HELP instructions.
